visual communication

the first lesson i had in visual communication was learning how to use  word press.

 this is a image i done to help people see how our wold is.

 children going with out food and water for days and days feeling hungry and sad.

 all the parents having to watch there children suffer it is not nice it is very upsetting.

I picked my contrast as rich and poor. i chose this contrast because i really find it interesting and would like to get people looking at this subject. Meanly people don't like to see it or talk about people living in 3rd world country s they think that it is horrible i want to get people to look and see how it affects the poeple living there.

 I got this picture from googol i googled 3rd world countries and then i put in text.
I wanted to make my txt really  random so people read the separate words and think about the worlds an the meanings them self.

 I done different kinds of text and played around with them a bit.

 i wanted to make swerls i realt like this kind or righting an text the font is called verdara it is called standad0753 this is what i used.

 I used a different sight for this one i used www.wordle.net i rely liked using this one to the sites are different but both fun to use.

in my second lesson i learnt how to use illasrater and wordle i really enjoyed using there because of be in able to change all the phones and size of your righting changing the style and colours of thing i thought that was really good.


I looked at diffrent poeple today i looked at

i rely was interested in looking at all the different work that theses people have done they all done different things but are all interesting.

To day in visual communications  i found 2 pictures of the internet on google i put in face i got a rich persons face and a poor persons face and then i stuck them together to make 1 face.

I then put them underneath a scanner and put them on to photoshop i then used a pen tool to create a path around the are that i wanted.

I selected the wand tool to take away all of the remaining white bits around my picture so i could create another layer. when i was happy with my colour  that i added in to the back ground to crate a different back ground effect.

The next thing i did was to decide what i wanted to do next an i wanted to put twirls in to the back ground of my picture so i went to the filter then selected little twirl shapes then that let me copy and paste and adjust were i wanted them to be .

This one glows and is in diffrent coulors ands gives a diffrent feel to the image.

This one almost lookes like there are lines though it i is a realy diffrent efect to all the others.

This image lookesa alittle pizalated i added a rrrrrrrrrrrrrr to the image in my book.

this is almost a flaresent image were you cont realy see details just outlines and the lighter areas and the darker areas.

this is 4 diffrent versions of one picture that i have created by useing diffrent coulors an back grounds.

In this picture i put a background in insted of changeing the picture i took to make it look diffrent fron the rest.

This is just a normal picture to show how it looked befor i manipulated the other images.

I also done some of my own pictures in kind of the same style as Barbra Kruger


I found my final idea by looking at other typogrphers in drew my final pice on to traceing paper scaned it in and manipulated it an also prined on to assatae i have also had a sreen print done to i whant to print my design on to a t shirt .
I am going to destort an change the apirance of my own image to see which one is the best.
I want to try and get some images on to diffrent couor matirals aswell.
